Day 1 Drive to Awash National Park and enjoy a tour around the park to see the wildlife and end the day with a stunning sunset from the lodge located by the Awash River falls. Overnight Lodge in the park
Day 2 Drive to Dire Dawa. After lunch, proceed to Harar with time to see the singular spectacle of the hyena-man in the evening. Overnight Hotel in Harar
Day 3 Visit the 16th century walled city of Harar, considered as one of the World Heritage sites by UNESCO, including Arthur Rimbaud’s house during the 19th century and the National and Harari museums and end the tour with the visit to the house of Haile Selassie’s father, Ras Mekonnen. Day 4 Visit the colorful islamic market of Harar and drive to the Cliffside village of Koremi to visit the market in Hajifaj before reaching Dire Dawa. Overnight Hotel in Dire Dawa
Day 5 Drive back to Addis Ababa with time to do some souvenir shopping or sightseeing. In the evening, farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant with local dancers and musicians representing some of the country’s ethnic groups. Then Transfer to airport for departure.
