Day 01.  Addis Ababa to Awash National Park

Drive to Awash National Park through the Rift Valley crater Lakes of Bishoftu . on your arrival to Awash National Park take game driving  and visit hyenas& some nocturnal mammals.

Day 02.   Awash National Park to Dire Dawa

Early morning after breakfast take a wildlife watching tour.  Afterwards, drive to Dire Dawa via the Harege Plateau a region of coffee and chat plantations.  Arrive in the afternoon to visit the local market.

Day 03.   Harar

Morning after breakfast take a drive to Harar.  Stroll through the 16th century walled city of Harar, the fourth holy city in the Islamic World.  See the home of Arthur Rimbuad, renowned French poet who worked and lived in Harar as a “gun-runner” during the 19th century.  Visit the National and Harari museums; the house of Ras Mekonnen (father of Haile Selassie); and a traditional Harari home.  In the evening see the “Hyena Man” feeding the hyenas that gather nightly outside the town.

Day 04.   Harar

Continue with tour of Harar. Take an excursion to visit homes in the cliff-side village of Koremi.

Day 05.   Harar – Addis Ababa

Take a drive to Dire Dewa on the way stop by Aweday Market.  Fly back to Addis Ababa then transfer to Airport.
